Onyx is a very fragile stone; it can take up to 10 days to complete the carving of each bowl. When shipping the bowl, it will be shipped with a foam insert, if the product is damaged after opening, you MUST have the box and send us pictures for credit/review.

Truck Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits.
