FAQs
Where is your showroom located?
Our showroom is located at 800 W Broadway, Jackson Hole, WY. We’re open Monday–Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday by appointment only.
Do I need an appointment to visit the showroom?
No appointment is necessary during regular hours, but if you’d like to meet with a designer or get help sourcing furniture, we recommend scheduling in advance.
Do you ship furniture outside of Wyoming?
Yes! We offer nationwide shipping, including white glove delivery on large furniture pieces. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?
Eligible decor items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom, made-to-order, and large furniture items are final sale. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

Orders can only be changed within 24 hours of placement. After that, they may be in production or transit. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

What areas do you serve for interior design projects?
While we’re based in Jackson Hole, WY, we offer services across Teton County, the Mountain West, and nationally via virtual consultations.
Do you offer virtual design services?
Yes! Our virtual interior design consultations allow you to work with our team from anywhere in the U.S. You'll receive mood boards, layouts, and product recommendations tailored to your space.
What’s included in a design consultation?
A consultation includes a one-on-one session with a designer to discuss your needs, style, timeline, and budget. From there, we can recommend services like full-service design, staging, or custom furniture curation.
Can I hire Elevated Living for a single room or small refresh?
Absolutely. Whether you're updating a single room or designing an entire home, we tailor our services to your project scope.
What’s the difference between staging and interior design?
Staging focuses on styling a home for sale or rental — highlighting its potential for buyers. Interior design is a more comprehensive service focused on long-term function, comfort, and personal taste.
Do you offer trade programs for interior designers?
Yes! We work with interior designers, architects, and real estate professionals through our Elevated Trade Program, offering exclusive pricing, sourcing support, and white glove delivery.
