 1. Decorative Lighting

Lighting, often said to be the jewelry of a home, sets the ambiance and mood in your kitchen or bathroom. Bold, sculptural chandeliers, two-toned pieces, gilded gold, and interesting textures are all making an appearance in trending lighting must-haves this year!

2. Curve Appeal

Enhance your kitchen or bathroom area with a little bit of curve. A new and exciting trend for 2024 is an increase in popularity for circular counters on islands. Curve styled edges on your countertops are IN! Custom countertop edges make your kitchen stand out, revealing more of your personality and style to guests. Many people are turning towards having a different feel than the traditional go-to design. If you are looking for a unique taste for your kitchen or bathroom, this is the ideal outlet for you!

As seen at KBIS Market, nothing says classic & flawless like marble. Set the scene with all things MARBLE, add a little bit of a superior natural surface to your space with rich Italian marble that will turn your space into luxury, as tradition upholds. A timeless selection, marble is an absolutely gorgeous natural stone with every slab being a piece of art. Embrace the beauty of this stone in your home!

Thinking of kitchen renovations? This historic kitchen layout is making a comeback. A scullery kitchen is essentially a smaller, secondary kitchen space that has plenty of cabinet storage and secondary appliances, such as the relocation of a freezer from the kitchen to the scullery. It also is used to help handle the extra dirty kitchen tasks or maintain overflow from the main kitchen. The scullery is a traditional, yet highly efficient spaces for those that host many gatherings, guests, and those that just don’t want to see the mess.
