Melinda Shirk Dorion
CO-FOUNDER

Melinda Shirk Dorion

Melinda and Pamela have been working together since 2005, when she earned her design degree and became a partner. She is fluent in facility management, space planning, interior fixtures, furniture, finishes, custom millwork, lighting and textile design. Melinda specializes in green design and has a certificate as a LEED-AP. She is a member of the United States Green Building Council for Wyoming and is passionate about sustainable fabrics and indoor air quality.

Pamela Stockton

Pamela has been in Jackson Hole, Wyoming since 1989. She has a long list of highly satisfied clients in both residential and contract design. Pamela earned her design degree in 1987 and focuses on a broad range of interiors. Pamela first fell in love with the area in 1969 and later returned to raise her family. She loves this valley she calls home. Pamela is involved in the community in a variety of organizations. She has grown a business that continues to reinvent itself after 30 years.

DESIGNER

Emily Williams Frappart

Emily grew up going to antique stores, flea markets, garage sales and scrap metal yards with her mother in her home state of Michigan. After graduating from Western Michigan University, Emily moved west to Jackson Hole and started down her obvious career path in design. She worked her way from design assistant to a associate designer and project manager. Emily enjoys working across all genres of design and price points. She believes design should be fun and satisfying for both the client and designer. Her fun-loving personality is a great addition to Elevated Living.

Lisa Hatcher

Originally from Michigan, Lisa earned her degree in design from Northern Arizona University. After graduating, she worked in both Commercial and Residential design in Phoenix, Arizona and Denver, Colorado. Since 2001, Lisa and her family have called the Jackson area home. Lisa has a good balance in both the technical and creative aspects of interior design. She believes her clients deserve a well-designed space that reflects their personalities.

DESIGNER

Dawn Abrecht

An accomplished interior designer of 30 years, Dawn was born and raised in New York. From a young age she explored the European antique shops, museums and art galleries of New York City, developing a passion for textiles and furniture. After graduating from Parsons School of Design in New York City, Dawn spent a year in Europe studying architecture, after which she opened an interior design firm on Long Island. Regularly featured in the Annual Mansion and Millionaires Designers Showcases, upon moving to California Dawn spent 7 years in West Hollywood overseeing celebrity projects. In love with the mountain lifestyle, she now uses her talents designing in Jackson and riding horses.

Cat Breeden

Born in NYC and raised throughout the northeast, Cat developed her passion for design while watching and helping her parents restore their 1800s farmhouse in Vermont. She received her interior design degree from New York School of Interior Design after earning her B.A. from Sweet Briar College. Cat relocated to Jackson, with her husband and puppy, in 2020 from Incline Village, NV after spending 20 years in the design and construction industry in Boston, MA. Cat enjoys bringing form and function together to create well thought out spaces unique to each client and their individual needs.

JUNIOR DESIGNER

Sadie Brittain

As a recent graduate, Sadie is excited to start her career in interior design. She earned her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Sustainable Interior Design from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design (RMCAD). Born and raised in North Salt Lake, Utah, Sadie found her interest in design at a young age working at a local designer’s showroom. Throughout her education she has developed a passion for sustainability and designing healthy spaces. Sadie moved to Star Valley in 2022 with her husband who grew up in the area. The beautiful landscape of the Tetons serve as a design inspiration for Sadie while making a wonderful place for her to call home.

Shannyn Levitz

Always the one to find the little things, Shannyn has an appreciation for details. She utilizes every resource to assist our clients in finding the perfect piece. Born and raised in Georgia, Shannyn is happy to now call Jackson home. With her talent in accounting and passion for customer service Shannyn is an excellent asset to our team as our sales director.

Alexis Tapia Smith

A native of Jackson, Alexis attended the University of Wyoming where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She quickly found herself coming home and working for a design firm where she found her true passion in life, Interior Design. Five years later, Alexis continues to learn the design business from the ground up having started in administration and advancing to Project Manager. She enjoys collaborating with clients to make their vision come to life by putting all the pieces together to make a beautiful thoughtful placed project.

Kylie Schleicher

Kylie was born in Kansas City, and raised in Colorado where she studied Geography at CU Boulder emphasizing in Cartography & Map Design. She eventually moved to the Tetons to pursue her love of the outdoors, and her passion for the fine arts found in the Jackson Hole area. As a Design Assistant she gets the opportunity to learn from the talented Elevated Living team, while she pursues earning her certification in CAD Design & Digital Renderings.

Bryan Kilpatrick

Where others might give up, Bryan finds a way to get things done. Living by his family motto, “I make sure”, he measures his accomplishments by completing tasks that are seemingly impossible. Bryan has been immersed in the world of bespoke design since he began working at antique boutiques in his hometown of Snohomish Washington. In college he worked as a technical director, fabricating, mending, and restoring original set pieces for the University of Utah Department of Theatre, and Pioneer Theatre Company. He found his home in Jackson where he will continue his life in search of that one perfect thing.
